Tarot of the Cat People Box

The deck I use in most of my readings is the very first Tarot deck I ever bought. I found it in a small boutique devoted to cat lovers in Jerome, Arizona, and I fell in love at first sight. It is Karen Kuykendall's Tarot of the Cat People.

This beautifully rendered deck is not only a draw for cat lovers, but for readers of sci-fi/fantasy as well, as the images depict life in the Outer Regions, a mystical realm somewhere far away. I find it intriguing and familiar at the same time, being a fan of the genre as well as a fan of felines of all sorts.

I have had this deck for about twenty years now, and it is my go-to deck, even when another deck might be easier to read for an amateur and learner like myself. It is a good friend, and I trust it.
